"A great memory of mine is when Gary Troake invited me to his home to rumage through his huge collection of old photographs and books for images I could sketch. He was
generous enough to loan me a photo of schooners being raised and painted. He told me that the schooners belonged to James Strong of Little Bay Islands. He also informed me that the schooner pictured sunk in the harbour, and that if you sailed
over it at low tide you could still see it just below the waters surface."
